Our role
Atlas Chifaa is a patient introduction operator. We identify hospitals likely to be able to treat your request, we facilitate the transfer of your file with your agreement, and we handle linguistic and practical coordination. We are not a hospital, not a medical practice, and not an insurer.
How we are paid
We are paid a commission by the hospital once a patient has actually been treated. The patient pays the clinic price, identical to the price they would obtain by approaching the hospital directly. Nothing is added to your invoice on account of our involvement.
Travel and accommodation
Transport and accommodation are either included in the package invoiced and arranged by the clinic, or booked directly by the patient. Atlas Chifaa does not market, assemble or invoice any travel or holiday service, and therefore does not carry on the regulated activity of a travel agency within the meaning of Moroccan law 11-16.
Quotes
Indicative prices published on this site are given for information and are not an offer. Only the quote issued by the hospital, after review of your file, has contractual force. Deposit, postponement and refund conditions are the hospital rules and are given to you before any payment.
Liability
We answer for the quality of our coordination and the rigour of our selection. The delivery of care, its results and the management of any complication rest with the hospital and the surgeon, who alone bear medical responsibility.
